It is announced that the 2018 World Blackball Championships is to be held in Bridlington, England and the 2020 event in Geelong, Australia.
A partnership is to be forged with the International Chinese Eightball Association (ICEA) and a Chinese Eightball tournament will be run alongside the World Championships in Bridlington.
Additionally the administration of Blackball International is to undergo radical changes to the benefit of its membership.
It is worth noting that as of September 2019, the venue for the 2022 World Blackball Championships remains to be confirmed.
