Letter from the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committtee (SASCOC) to the World Pool-Billiards Association (WPA).
It states that the South African Confederation of Cue Sports (SACCS) is a member in good standing with SASCOC.
It further states that SACCS recognises the South African Blackball Federation (SABF) as representing blackball in South Africa.
The letter points out that the All Africa Pool Association (AAPA) has not recognised SACCS and asks for a resolution to this impasse.
